Hi, I am Dave Morrow.  Thank you for stopping to check out our website.  Here is a little about me and our firm.
For over 30 years, I have helped hundreds of people define, strategize, and work toward their financial goals.  Most of the clients we have served have been pre-retirees and retirees from the various petrochemical plants across Southeast Texas.  During our time working with retirees, I have learned that retirement is not only a financial process, but also an emotional one.  For most of our clients, retirement is bitter sweet.  The hustle and bustle of their daily career is over, which for many, is a relief.  However, many miss the friendships and camaraderie of co-workers that have been developed over many years.  I have learned that retirement can take an emotional and psychological toll on some people.  As a result, we recently launched our retirement life coaching program to help our clients through the emotional aspects of retirement, as well as the financial aspects.
I began my career in 1991 with Rotan Mosle/PaineWebber.  After spending a career with large, corporate run, financial services firms, I wanted to create a full-service, independent financial advisory practice.  While at the big firms, I was tired of having my compensation tied to the number of loans I originated for the firm, or the amount of commission I generated for the firm.  To me, that is a huge conflict of interest.  As a result, in April 2018, I started Morrow Wealth Advisory Group, a fee-only, fully transparent advisory wealth management firm.

I am a graduate of the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, with a bachelor degree in individualized studies with concentrations in economics, marketing and communications.  I am also active in the community.  I am a past president of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Beaumont’s school board and a past member of the Kelly Catholic High School board.   I also previously served on the Board for the Garth House.  I am a  past president of the Beaumont West End Little League and Beaumont Baseball.  I also enjoyed coaching my children’s baseball, soccer, and basketball teams.

When I have spare time, I enjoy playing golf, travel, and spending time with my grown children.
